Sturmflut


On December 6th of 2013, winter gale 'Xaver' brought the most severe storm surge to Hamburg since 1962. Water levels at Fischmarkt peaked at 6.10 metres above mean sea level at 6:09 in the morning. Images were taken with 2.0/45 Zeiss Planar and 2.8/28 Zeiss Biogon respectively, on 35mm AGFA APX 100 film and developed in standard Caffenol for 12 minutes.
